Managing Your Subscription

Cancel, reactivate, read your billing history, and understand the expired-plan state.

01

Where to Manage Billing

Everything about your subscription lives on the Settings page: your current plan, cancel and reactivate controls, and your full purchase history. You do not need to contact support for routine changes — they are one click each.

02

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. How it takes effect depends on where you are in your billing cycle: • On a paid (non-trial) subscription, cancelling schedules the plan to end at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until that date and are not charged again. • During a free trial, cancelling takes effect immediately, so you lose premium access right away and are never charged for that trial.

Pro Tip

If you are on a trial and still want to keep access for the rest of the trial, simply cancel on the last day — you will not be billed, and you keep premium features until then.

03

Reactivating

If you scheduled a cancellation but change your mind before the period ends, you can reactivate from Settings. This resumes automatic billing on your normal renewal date and keeps your access uninterrupted.

04

When a Plan Expires

If a subscription lapses, your account drops to the free tier and a renewal banner appears at the top of the app. Premium features lock again until you renew. Your saved presets and account are not deleted — renewing restores full access.

05

Purchase History

The Settings page lists your past transactions so you can confirm charges, dates, and amounts. If you ever see a duplicate charge or a billing error, this is the record to reference when you contact support.

06

Refunds

Because rendering and studio access are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle starts — the 30-day trial is there so you can evaluate everything first. Verified billing errors or duplicate charges are refunded; contact support with the transaction from your purchase history. See the Refund Policy page for the full terms.
