Understand our cancellation system and general no-refund policy, with exceptions only for verified errors.
1. Overview and Consumer Rights
At Fun Circle Games, we provide professional simulation tools with immediate digital access. Because of the nature of digital products, we operate under a strict no-refund policy. However, we offer a 30-day trial period so you can test all features risk-free before you are charged, and you can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
This policy describes our general no-refund stance and the exceptional circumstances (such as billing errors) under which a refund may be issued.
2. Digital Products and Immediate Access
The Creator Studio is a digital product provided via immediate download or streaming access. In accordance with digital consumer law:
UK/EU Statutory Cancellation
By accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to begin the performance of the contract during the 30-day cancellation period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to cancel.
Standard Sales
All sales of digital content, including early access codes and subscription fees, are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once access has been initiated or account features have been provisioned.
3. Subscriptions & Trials
Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions to Creator Pro and Studio Elite tiers automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly). You can cancel at any time via your dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not generate a pro-rated refund for the current cycle.
30-Day Trial Policy
We offer a 30-day trial period so you can explore all Pro and Elite features risk-free before you pay for a full plan. You can cancel at any time via your settings panel. If you do not cancel, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee upon the conclusion of the 30-day trial.
4. Refund Exceptions
We do not offer refunds, but we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund under these exceptional circumstances:
System Errors
Verified technical glitches in billing, processing, or account provisioning.
Double Payments
Accidental duplicate charges for the exact same identical service.
Billing Errors
Discrepancies in charged amounts compared to the selected plan pricing.
