Beta Terms
Understanding the experimental nature of Creator Studio systems and beta data collection.
1. Experimental Simulation Engine
Creator Studio utilizes experimental physics and rendering engines. By participating in our Beta program, you acknowledge that:
Engine crashes and browser tab hangs may occur.
Simulation state persistence is not guaranteed.
Physics calculations may vary between versions.
Features may be added or removed without notice.
2. Cloud Rendering & Video Exports
Cloud rendering is an experimental, resource-intensive service. During beta:
- Video exports may fail or time out without a refund of render credits.
- Rendering resolution may be throttled during peak load.
- Exported videos may contain visual artifacts or glitching.
- The render engine may be taken offline for maintenance at any time.
3. Beta Data Collection & Diagnostics
To improve the simulation engine and optimize software stability, we collect and process specific tester information. By enrolling in the Beta Program, you agree to the collection of:
- Survey Information: Referral answers, demographic stats, follower counts, and primary creation platforms provided during sign-up or invitation verification.
- Tester Credentials: Beta tester participation flags (`is_beta_tester`), enrollment timelines, and administrator approval history.
- Usage Log Data: Tracked parameters such as simulation types selected (e.g. rhythmic, escape), physics adjustments (mass, gravity parameters), and render queue details.
- Diagnostic Diagnostics: System performance parameters (average frame rates, canvas WebGL memory usage, physics calculation thread timeouts) and browser specifications.
This information is strictly used for debugging purposes and is stored in our secure database systems according to our Privacy Policy.
4. Data Loss & Schema Purges
We frequently purge testing databases and optimize schema definitions to support new features. Your simulation project files, canvas saves, and custom sound configurations are NOT guaranteed to persist if a major structural update is deployed to the beta workspace.
5. Feedback & Intellectual Property
By using Creator Studio Beta, you agree that your feedback, feature ideas, and bug reports may be used by Fun Circle Games to improve our commercial software products without royalty, compensation, or attribution.
